  • Web Santo provides an electronic service and does not ship any products to any address.

  • Web Santo may vary the advertising package offered to members from time to time with or without notice to the member.

  • Web Santo acting as a business marketplace for sellers to list businesses for sale and for potential buyers to learn about those businesses for sale.

  • Web Santo does not get involved in a transaction between a business seller and a potential buyer.

  • Be responsible for your own transaction made on Web Santo or made through Web Santo.

  • Be responsible for making a transaction within the law of the United Kingdom.

  • Web Santo cannot and does not confirm a user's true or false identity.

  • Web Santo sending your contact details to business sellers when you contact them via Web Santo.

  • Web Santo to disclose your contact details to 'Web Santo Premium Business Buyers' when you are selling a business via Web Santo.

  • Web Santo cannot and does not confirm an advert's quality, data, accuracy and honesty.

  • Provide Web Santo with true, accurate, honest information and maintain and update the information as circumstances require.

  • Web Santo will immediately terminate and delete your account if it believes that the account is being used for SPAM, unsolicited messaging or collecting users details for other reasons.

  • Be responsible for any content you submit on to Web Santo.

  • Submit information that is not fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading.

  • Not use  Web Santo in a manner to expose security flaws.

  • Not use Web Santo in a manner which will exploit Web Santo.

  • Violate any law of the United Kingdom on Web Santo.

  • Find information that may be deceptive, harmful, inaccurate or offensive.

  • Use common sense when using Web Santo.

  • Be prepared to deal with other users who may give false information about their identity.

  • Not use software tools or online tools known as 'scraping' to extract information from Web Santo.

  • Not exploit, reproduce, copy, merge, sell the website unless permitted by the company of Web Santo.

  • Not to send an enquiry or a message advertising a service to a Web Santo user.

  • Not to distribute spam, chain letters, or promote pyramid schemes to a Web Santo user.

  • Not to decompile, disassemble, reproduce, reverse engineer, copy, use, disclose or transfer the underlying source code of Web Santo.

  • Not to expropriate any system, data or information.

  • Not to cause Web Santo to lose service, or become a liability for Web Santo.

  • Not to user Web Santo services to commit to which is considered illegal, offensive, harassing or bullying in nature.

  • All images, text, buttons, source code and compilation of adverts are the property of Web Santo or the property of the content supplier.

  • Images, text, buttons, source code may be licensed on specific terms to Web Santo.

  • Have your access to Web Santo terminated if Web Santo deems your use of Web Santo suspicious, or if you have breached this entire 'terms and conditions' agreement.

  • Contact Web Santo immediately if Web Santo has infringed any copyright.

  • Web Santo removing any content that may have infringed copyright without notice.

  • Web Santo reserves the right to terminate or refuse or cancel a membership or account if Web Santo believes a user has violated these terms and conditions or law of the United Kingdom.

  • Submit your correct email address when signing up to use any of Web Santo services.

  • Web Santo communicate with you through your given email address, and may communicate with you through other forms of communication including telephone and fax.

  • Have the option to opt out of Web Santo's mailing list.

  • Membership rights not being assigned to an account without Web Santo permission.

  • Membership rights and privileges cannot be transferred to another organisation without permission of Web Santo and the membership user.

  • Web Santo stripping members of their rights to a membership at any given time if Web Santo deems the user to not be abiding by the terms and conditions.

  • Pay for products that you have applied for using the secure payment method Web Santo has indicated.

  • Web Santo not being responsible for the accuracy of any adverts, or pages linked to this website. Links outside of Web Santo are accessed by you at your own risk. Web Santo shall not take responsibility for the websites linked from Web Santo.

  • Each advertising package upgrade apply for the advert stated on the checkout page before the successful payment.

  • Web Santo delivering its purchased and non-purchased services mainly through the websanto.com website

  • Web Santo disclaims any warranty of any kind which may be displayed on any of the Web Santo adverts.

  • Free advertising plan provides limited access to the name and message of an enquiry and does not disclose full contact details of the enquirer. Only when a paid advertising package is taken, then the member can access the full details and contents of the enquiry.

  • After an advertising package has expired, access to all enquiries will be blocked. By renewing the advertising package, the member can access the full details and contents of the enquiry.

Payments and Refunds Terms and Conditions

  • PayPal and Stripe handling all transactions that are made on Web Santo

  • Direct payments and refunds are the only transactions made on Web Santo

  • Web Santo not receiving any form of pre-authorised debit or pre-authorised payment.

  • PayPal and Stripe only making the payment to Web Santo only with your authorisation.

  • Pay the full amount of a package when the package is selected.

  • Contact Web Santo Customer Service if an advertising package you have paid for is not functioning properly.

  • Any dispute(s) regarding payment(s) to Web Santo must be conveyed to Web Santo Customer Service.

  • All payments are within the law of United Kingdom.

  • Pay all amounts due to Web Santo. All payments must be paid in full without any withholding or deduction except required by law and shall not be entitled to assert any credit, set-off or counterclaim against Web Santo in order to justify withholding payment of any amount.

  • Web Santo does not guarantee the quality or quantity of a business sale(s) or enquiries it provides to members. No refunds or credits will be given by Web Santo for failure to provide a sale or to receive an enquiry.

  • Web Santo reserves the right to vary its pricing and any structure of charges in place from time to time without any notification to any of its members. Any services provided after changes have taken effect will be subject to the relevant new pricing and/or new charging structure.

  • Refund requests be assessed and issued at Web Santo's discretion. Web Santo reserves the right to refuse a request for a refund however a valid reason will be provided to the Customer upon refusal.

  • Web Santo to not issue a refund on online advertising packages that you have purchased from websanto.com

  • No refund or reimburse will be given if any account is suspected of spamming.

Recurring Payments Terms and Conditions

  • By subscribing to our service and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge your credit card or other payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team or by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled payment.

  • The subscription fee will be charged to your account on the same day each month or year, unless otherwise specified. If the payment fails, we will notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again.

  • We reserve the right to change the subscription fee at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before any such change takes effect.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your billing and payment information, including your credit card or other payment method. If your payment method is declined, you will be responsible for any fees or charges incurred.

  • We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid, except as required by law.

  • We may suspend or terminate your subscription and access to our services if we determine that you have violated these terms and conditions or if you use our services in a manner that is harmful to us or our other customers.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuance.

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your subscription to our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of that jurisdiction.

Content Terms and Conditions

  • The member submitting the business is responsible for the data, quality, accuracy and honesty of the advert, and is completed to the best of the member's knowledge and belief. The member shall immediately update or correct content on becoming aware of any errors or inaccuracies. Web Santo has the right to request any changes on the advert and the member shall comply with the requests.

  • The advert listing submitted by the member will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice in the United Kingdom and will not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or rights of any third party whatsoever.

  • The advert listing submitted by the member has to be a business, commercial property or empty business premises.

  • If the status of the business changes, then within no more than 7 working days; the member will alter the status of the advert listing in Web Santo member's area, so that it may be displayed as either 'For Sale / To Let', 'Under Offer' or 'Sold' as appropriate on the Web Santo website. Or the member will remove the advert listing from member's area in Web Santo so that it is no longer displayed on Web Santo.

  • The member must also hold all necessary authorities, consents and licences (necessary) to use, display, reproduce, and publish the content of the advert listing they submit to Web Santo and has authority to and grants Web Santo display it for free.

  • The member has read and will abide by all notices posted on the Web Santo from time to time that are relevant to the provision of the advertising packages.

  • The member shall not use Web Santo name, or any of its Logos, trade or services marks of Web Santo in a slanderous or malicious manner or in any way that might bring Web Santo, its directors or employees into shame nor shall the member disgrace any marketing material(s) provided to the member in a bad way.

  • The member shall ensure that only its authorised persons have access to the members account and that where it provides content via the submission form it shall only do so in a text format compatible with any technical specifications issued by Web Santo.

  • The member agrees that Web Santo may, but shall not be required to, identify the member as the source of the content on the Web Santo.

  • Web Santo may in its absolute discretion, at any time and without notice to the member, remove or decline to display any advert listing based on its content on Web Santo.

  • Web Santo requiring the content to be amended at any time if Web Santo considers or has believes that the member is in breach of the terms and conditions or where it deems in its absolute discretion the content to be of poor quality in terms of presentation, information provided or otherwise.

  • Web Santo not being responsible for any error or omissions in any content.

  • Web Santo not guaranteeing that the website will be up and running as it may go down occasionally due to technical issues.

  • Technological failure may stop the Web Santo services or prevent access to all or any part of the advert displayed on Web Santo. Web Santo makes no representation or warranty that the website, the services, or the content will be accessible or available at all times, or that the whole or any part of the website, services will be free from error and while Web Santo will make reasonable attempts to notify the member in advance, it may suspend temporarily or alter the operation of the Web Santo services or without notice to the member.

  • Be contacted by Web Santo Support/potential buyers for various reasons through email. Therefore the member must ensure their email address is valid and working presently.

  • Be contacted by potential buyers for various reasons through the members specified phone number. Therefore the member must ensure their phone number is valid and working presently.

  • License Web Santo without loyalty and for free to display advertising networks wherever Web Santo deems worthy.

  • Any content related to adult content and drugs are forbidden and will be removed immediately from Web Santo without any form of notice.

  • Every advert expiring after two years since the day of its creation, thereafter, the advert will become deactivated.

  • Web Santo not being responsible for the quality of any advert's content.

  • Web Santo not being responsible to change the contents of any advert unless the change is deemed obligatory by Web Santo staff member(s).

Brokers and Agents Terms and Conditions

  • Submit listings to the best of your knowledge.

  • Providing a contact number that is correct to your knowledge.

  • Be business is responsible for the data, quality, accuracy and honesty of the advert, and is completed to the best of your knowledge and belief.

  • Immediately update or correct content on becoming aware of any errors or inaccuracies. Web Santo has the right to request any changes to the advert, and you shall comply with the requests.

  • The advert listing submitted by you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice in the United Kingdom and will not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or rights of any third party whatsoever.

  • Your service being compliant with the governing laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Your service not operating similar to a business for sale marketplace.

  • Your service is not an "online" only agent selling.

  • Submit information that is not fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading.

  • Not use Web Santo in a manner to expose security flaws.

  • Not use Web Santo in a manner which will exploit Web Santo.

  • You agree to give permission to Web Santo to alter or amend listings/adverts.

  • You will not provide direct links or contact number on the listings/adverts.

  • The service you provide should not operate similar to an online business for sale marketplace.

  • Private advertisement package is not to be resold.
